I bought this through Macys based on excellent customer reviews. I had a problem with Proactive leaving a filmy residue and not really a clean clean feeling. Great!

It came in about 3 or 4 days after I ordered it and I have to say that the shampoo is amazing! My hair feels a lot softer and fuller after using it and it also smells really good :)



One sad thing is that I was expecting the bottles to be bigger for the price I'm paying but otherwise I can't complain too much! I really am glad that I switched to the Shiseido Tsubaki brand!More detail ...

Great coverage with a bonus

I have been using this foundation for years mainly because of its SPF but I continue to refill because it is so easy to apply being a powder and covers better than any liquid or creme I have tried. IT REALLY BRIGHTENS AND MAKE YOU GLOW

My long quest for finding the perfect moisturizer has finally ended! I can't say how happy I am to have found this god-send moisturizer! I was actually going to buy a different one but the lady at the counter said I should give this a try. I was hesitant but she said if I didn't like it I could always return it so why not right? I was skeptical at first because it had a light pale shimmer to it (I hate shimmer) but once I rubbed it in real good it absorbed right into my skin. My face was so soft smooth and supple. My pores were tight and my face looks so clear! My foundation glided right onto my skin and I didn't need to wear concealer (which I haven't been able to do in years!) My skin didn't feel oily shiny sticky like all the other moisturizers I've tried (Lancôme clinque estee lauder etc). I love the entire white lucent line and although it is pricey it is so worth every penny! I only wish I would have tried it a long time ago. Works fine!

I have fair and sensitive skin and I got sun burns here Southern California. For me sun protection of higher grade is a must for me during the Summer time but some I tried were too oily or didn't offer expected protection or caused irritations.(I have normal skin sometimes dry). This one works fine and besides a very nice fragrance it makes skin looking nice too kind of dewy when the others left oily film. I used it for the second Summer and was very happy with the product- will use it again works fine for me.It is more expensive than regular sun protection creams but I love the quality to me it is worth the price.

Gentle yet thorough

I got this cleanser as part of a Christmas gift set and I fell in love instantly. It takes a tiny (less than pea-sized) amount to fully cleanse your skin and it leaves a clean not "stripped" feeling. Worth the rave!

Before purchasing this product I scoured the internet for other people's reviews via beauty blogs and practically every women raved about this product. It's particularly popular in Japan and is marketed to Asian women who want to achieve sleek and healthy hair--who doesn't right? The Tsubaki white line is for color-treated/damaged hair. First off this set is a GREAT deal esp. since I visited a Japanese store and sold separately it's 16.99 each. So kudos to such a great bargain. Secondly I normally have super oily hair and after years of using other high-end American products (Biolage Matrix Abba etc) I was fed up. The first time I used this product I instantly noticed that my hair felt lighter (nearly weightless) and healthier. I thought it was my own self-fulfilling prophecy until now. I've been using this for nearly a month and everytime my hair just gets more stunning. I usually shampoo every other day and on the days I don't I haven't noticed any heavy product residue from the conditioner. Before this product conditioners would usually be too rich for my hair and eventually end up weighing it down. This isn't the case with Shiseido Tsubaki. My only concern is that I may have to switch it up since my hair is prone to getting used to a certain shampoo and then it won't work as effectively. NO PROMISES - JUST TOP PERFORMANCE

Don't know about you but I've become very leery of all the skin care products that promise to remove lines zap age spots and rejuvenate complexions (wonder exactly what that means).

After using some Shiseido products in the past and in need of a moisturizer I tried this cream. It's especially nice to use the same product in the morning and the evening. What is the difference between a day cream and a night cream?

The best shampoo I've ever tried

My hair has always been thick and very hard to keep well conditioned and moisturized. That's why I've been constantly trying all kinds of shampoos and conditioners that are out there: from the very cheap ones from the grocery stores to the very expensive ones that you can find in beauty salons but nothing worked for me. Just when I thought there was not any hope for my hair I found the Tsubaki Shampoo and Conditioner from Shiseido at an asian store. It was a little bit expensive but decided to give it a try since I had nothing to lose and that's when I discovered the best shampoo I've ever tried. Since the first use I felt the difference in my hair because it felt soft silky and it was very manageable. And I also got a little bonus I didn't expect: Because all the other shampoos tend to dry my scalp I had dandruff. Of course I used all kinds of anti-dandruff shampoos trying to get rid of this problem like Head&Shoulders and Selsun Blue getting only little or no results but it wasn't until I started using the Tsubaki Shampoo that the dandruff disappeared completely!

I know it sounds like I work for Shiseido and they are going to give me big bucks just for posting this comment but believe me that's not the case. I'm just a very satisfied consumer of the Shiseido's Tsubaki Shampoo that believes this product could help you if you have the same hair problems I had.
